LIANGSHAN (Sichuan Economic Daily)—According to Xichang Municipal People’s Government, Xichang will focus on the 13th Western China International Fair(WCIF) and the Torch Festival, striving for attracting over 20 billion yuan investment.
 
  It is reported, Kangyuan olive processing project, PZH steel coking project, CISC vanadium and titanium mining comprehensive project, with volume of 100 million, 3 billion, 7 billion yuan respectively, will be signed during this WCIF. Besides, Wanda Plaza Project, Xiaoqing River Treatment Project with an expected investment of 12 billion yuan, are under negotiation. In terms of Three items cooperated with Charoen Pokphand and Nanshan District urban complexes project with an expected signing of 6 billion yuan, framework agreement have already been reached.
