Sichuan Economic Daily News (Reporters Zhuang Yuan) As one of the major events of the Western ChinaInternational Fair, the 2011 Western China International Sourcing Fair will be held on October 18-22 2011 inChengdu. The general director of the United Nations Office for Project Services Michael Trustworthy is invited to attend the related activities of the Sourcing Fair. This is the first time of United Nations agencies to host domestic procurement conference.

   The reporter has been informed from the Sichuan Expo Affairs Bureau that the general director Michael Trustworthy will not only attend this opening ceremony, but also attend the United Nations procurement briefings, which is held by six United Nations agencies, including United Nations Office for Project Services,United Nations Procurement Division, United Nations World Food Programme, United Nations Development Programme, United Nations WHO, the Chinese Association etc.
